Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff have been working hard on their upcoming action-packed movie, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, directed by Ali Abbas Zafar. The shoot has been taking place in the UK for the past month, featuring real-life locations and a wide variety of vehicles in the action sequences. However, last week, Akshay Kumar suffered a severe knee injury while shooting an action scene.

Despite the injury, Akshay Kumar has been displaying his work commitment and professionalism by continuing to shoot the action scenes for Bade Miyan Chote Miyan with all precautions. According to a source, Akshay Kumar has a bad tear on his knee and is using a stick for support to walk. Nevertheless, he is putting in all his efforts to complete the shoot as per schedule.

The action scene being filmed in the UK is a big chase sequence costing Rs 15 crore, designed by Hollywood stunt director, Craig Macrae. The producers, Vashu and Jackky Bhagnani, have invested a lot of money in this particular sequence, and taking a break on the shoot could result in work coming to a standstill and monetary losses. Akshay Kumar, being a producer-friendly actor, decided to continue with the shoot despite the injury.

Bade Miyan Chote Miyan is touted to be one of the biggest action spectacles of the Indian Film Industry. The film, produced by Pooja Entertainment, features Prithviraj Sukumaran as the negative lead. The team will be shooting in the UK until mid-April and will then reunite again in India for a brief schedule. Akshay Kumar’s dedication and commitment to his work have earned him respect from his co-stars and the entire production unit.
