Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan is under judicial custody for over a week now and his lawyer is trying every possible way to get him out of the jail. However, after the hearing today, the 23-year-old will have to remain in custody for another week to apply for bail.

Aryan Khan will have to remain in jail till October 20 as the NDPS court which was hearing the bail plea of SRK’s son has reserved its order. The bail plea hearing came up on Wednesday but the NCB counsel Anil Singh couldn’t complete his argument and the hearing was continued on Thursday. However, after hearing both the parties, the court has reserved its order for 20 October which is almost a week from now.

For the unversed, Aryan Khan was arrested after NCB conducted a raid at a cruise party in Mumbai and busted a drug racket. Many high-profile kids including Aryan were taken into custody for further investigation and their bail pleas were rejected. Aryan has been now been transferred to a cell with other inmates after completing his isolation period in Arthur Road jail.
