Arjun Rampal all set to mark his web debut in Zee network’s digital platform Zee 5 Originals’ ‘The Final Call’, will be seen donning an intense role of an ex- Indian Air force officer, who is now a private airlines pilot, reeling under the traumatic flashes of his past.
A product of Jar Pictures and Zee5, the upcoming web series is inspired by author Priya Kumar’s best selling novel ‘I Will Go With You: The Flight Of A Lifetime’.
The makers recently dropped in the intense and edge of the seat trailer of the series that promises to be nail biting throughout its suspenseful and dramatic journey.
Arjun plays the character of a suicidal pilot Karan Sachdev, who is still haunted by the ghosts of his past when he was an officer with the Indian Air force. We are shown glimpses of him taking drugs and losing control mid air due to the flashes, putting the life of several passengers in grave danger.
Besides Arjun, we have Sakshi Tanwar, Jaaved Jaaferi, Sacred Games fame Neeraj Kabi, Anupria Goenka, Vipin Sharma, and television actor Harshad Arora in other pivotal characters that will form the ensemble cast.
Directed by Karthik Calling Karthik fame director Vijay Lalwani, the series has been extensively shot in the confines of a cockpit and a plane.
