Set in 1993 in New Delhi, Aparshakti Khurana’s Berlin is written and directed by Atul Sabharwal, known for the Netflix crime thriller Class of 83. The story revolves around a deaf-mute young man accused and arrested by the Bureau for espionage. Produced by Zee Studios, Sabharwal, and Manav Shrivastav under Yippee Ki Yay Motion Pictures, the film also features Ishwak Singh in a prominent role.
