Anushka Sharma made her debut opposite the ‘King of Romance’ Shah Rukh Khan in the romantic comedy Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi and became a star overnight. However, she made her mark as the powerhouse performer of the Bollywood industry with women-centric movies like NH10, Phillauri, and Pari. Anushka Sharma, who has been constantly looking for content-driven scripts, has finally found another story that stands out.

According to the sources, Anushka Sharma has shown her interest in a cop drama with a hard-hitting storyline. The versatile actress could be seen essaying a woman police officer in her next film and we are expecting some high voltage sequences from the same.

Well-known to be an army brat, Anushka is close to uniforms and therefore the actress is looking forward to this project as the look and feel of the character is close to her heart. She also pays attention to the quality scripts and her previous flicks are evident of the same.
