The alleged suicide of Sushant Singh Rajput has been getting murkier with new revelations made every day and with CBI, NCB and ED probing the case, many suspects are on the radar. On the other hand, an online boycott of the suspects and the star kids are on a swing by the netizens and the revolts has been prominent for the last couple months. Adding another thread to revelations, ace director Anurag Kashyap has finally opened up on not working with late actor Sushant Singh Rajput.
In a series of tweets, the filmmaker shared screenshots of chats and mentioned his ‘own reasons’ for not working with the actor. In one chat from May 22, the filmmaker called Sushant Singh Rajput ‘problematic’ as the reason for not working with him while he had hidden the name of the other person in the discussion. However, in another chat shared by the filmmaker, he attempted to mask the name but the names are still visible as if it was intentional.
In the chat, the director mentioned that he walked away from ‘Ranveer’ because Mukesh told him Sushant wanted to do his film. However, as per him, Sushant ghosted him later and he had to shelve his movie because of that. Following his reasons to not work with the late actor, he further said that he knew ‘Mukesh’ had a hand in it and post the episode, he kept himself away from the both of them. While he perfectly masked out the names of some, ‘Ranveer’ and ‘Mukesh’ are clearly visible in the screenshots of the chats.
