The general knowledge based quiz show Kaun Banega Crorepati hosted by Amitabh Bachchan has been one of the most popular reality shows in India which has been loved by the masses. Amitabh Bachchan who has been a part of the show for almost 19 years is all prepared to return to the television screens with the eleventh season this year.
After receiving great TRPs in the last season of the show, the makers announced registration for the 11th season of Kaun Banega Crorepati in the month of May. As per the recent report by the popular entertainment gossips portal, Pinkvilla, the show is expected to hit the screens by the end of next month.
According to the sources, Amitabh Bachchan will start shooting for the show in the first week of August and the same is expected to go on air by the third week of the same month. At the moment, contestants are being locked for the show and the makers are still brainstorming for the premiere date since the channel will be launching another show before Kaun Banega Crorepati.
Amitabh Bachchan who has been a part of the show for a total of nine seasons took to his blog to express his gratitude and wrote, “It’s 2019 and it all began in 2000. 19 years and a gap of about two years when it did not happen for me. But 17 years is a lifetime and a lifetime that was given a lifeline by you.”
