Amitabh Bachchan, who will soon be seen in his iconic avatar on the quiz-based reality show Kaun Banega Crorepati, has wrapped up shooting for his Shoojit Sircar’s upcoming comedy-drama, Gulabo Sitabo.
The actor took to his social media handle to announce the wrap up of Gulabi Sitabo starring Ayushmann Khurrana in the lead. Amitabh Bachchan twitted to inform his fans that he has finished shooting for the comic drama and will soon start working on the upcoming season of Kaun Banega Crorepati. He also shared his attachment to the movie that, according to him, happens after completion of his every movie.

Set in Lucknow, Gulabo Sitabo is a quirky family drama written by Juhi Chaturvedi and revolves around the lives of Amrish Malhotra and Sunil Kumar Shukla, played by Amitabh Bachchan and Ayushmann Khurrana, respectively. Gulabo and Sitabo are glove puppets that depict the daily-life struggles of the common man.
Helmed by Shoojit Sircar, the movie is slated for a release date of 24 April 2020. Meanwhile, Amitabh Bachchan will return to the television screens for the eleventh season of Kaun Banega Crorepati soon.
