Amazon Prime Video unveiled its extensive lineup on March 19, showcasing a diverse array of movies and shows spanning various genres like romance, horror, thriller, and drama. Alongside a plethora of original content, the streaming service also disclosed upcoming big Bollywood theatrical releases set to stream online.

Excitement mounts with the announcement of major franchises and fresh cinematic ventures headed to Prime Video. From the much-anticipated Don 3 starring Ranveer Singh to the uproarious Housefull 5 led by Akshay Kumar, audiences can anticipate these blockbusters arriving on the platform shortly after their theatrical debuts.

Among the notable Bollywood titles slated for future streaming on the OTT platform, eight stand out, promising a cinematic treat for viewers. These include the thrilling Don 3, wherein Ranveer Singh takes on the iconic role, and the anticipated sequel Stree 2, directed by Amar Kaushik and featuring Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor.

Also in the lineup is the comedy film Bad Newz, starring Vicky Kaushal, Triptii Dimri, and Ammy Virk, set for a theatrical release in July 2024 before streaming on Prime Video. Additionally, Madgaon Express, starring Divyenndu, Pratik Gandhi, and Avinash Tiwary, promises a blend of intrigue and suspense upon its digital release.

Filmmaker Shoojit Sircar’s next project, exploring the concept of an Indian’s pursuit of “The American Dream,” boasts a stellar cast including Amitabh Bachchan and Johnny Lever. Meanwhile, the action-packed franchise Baaghi 4 starring Tiger Shroff is set to expand its universe, with its streaming release on Prime Video to follow its theatrical premiere.

Kabir Khan’s directorial venture, Chandu Champion, featuring Kartik Aaryan, is another highly anticipated addition to the Prime Video lineup, slated for digital release after its theatrical run in June 2024. And finally, the eagerly awaited Housefull 5, helmed by Tarun Mansukhani and starring Akshay Kumar and Riteish Deshmukh, promises to deliver uproarious entertainment upon its digital debut in 2025.

With a mix of sequels, comedies, thrillers, and dramas, 2024 and 2025 are shaping up to be an exciting period for Prime Video subscribers.
