Despite strict precautionary protocols, one or two Bollywood celebrities are getting infected with the deadly virus every day. On Friday, Student Of The Year actress Alia Bhatt informed her fans that she has isolated herself after testing positive for COVID-19.
Alia Bhatt, who was shooting for her next with Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Gangubai, took to her social media handle to share the unfortunate information. In her Instagram story, the actress wrote, “Hello all, I have tested positive for Covid-19. I have immediately isolated myself and will be under home quarantine. I am following all safety protocols under the advice of my doctors. Grateful for all your love & support. Please stay safe & take care.”
On the other hand, megastar Amitabh Bachchan along with his family, except Abhishek Bachchan, have got vaccinated against the virus. Last year, Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, and Aaradhya Bachchan were hospitalized after contracting COVID-19.
Big B took to his blog to share the update on his vaccination and informed that Abhishek Bachchan is on a shoot outside Mumbai and therefore couldn’t get the vaccine with him. “DONE .. vaccination done .. all well .. did Covid test for family and staff yesterday .. results came today .. all good , all negative .. so done the vaccine .. all family done except Abhishek .. he be on location and shall do it on return soon in a few days,” he wrote.
