Bollywood actor Alia Bhatt has proved her mantle in the Indian film industry by showcasing her versatile acting capabilities. While the 28-year-old is awaiting the release of one of the most promising projects of her career, Gangubai Kathiawadi, reports suggest that she might soon cross the border with her acting.
The Raazi actress has reportedly signed a Hollywood talent agency, WME – William Morris Endeavor, that is home to international superstars including Christian Bale, Ben Affleck, Kate Beckinsale, Matt Damon, Jennifer Garner, Whoopi Goldberg, and Jake Gyllenhaal among others. While Alia Bhatt has a number of unreleased movies in her kitty for Bollywood, the speculation has it that she is eyeing some international projects by following the footsteps of another Bollywood superstar Priyanka Chopra.
On the work front, Alia Bhatt recently commenced the filming of her home production venture, Darlings. The young actress also has a dark comedy featuring Vijay Verma and Shefali Shah alongside her kitty. Alia recently wrapped the filming of Sanjay Leela Bhansali directorial, Gangubai Kathiawadi, after a two-year-long schedule. She also has Karan Johar’s magnum opus Brahmastra due for post-production.
