Akshay Kumar is one of the busiest actors of Bollywood in the current times and has had numerous releases for the last couple of years. While the actor is on the pinnacle of success at the moment, there was a time when he was struggling to make ends meet. The Housefull actor recently opened up on his failures and shared what kept him going.
In a recent interview, Akshay Kumar shared his initial hiccups before making it big in the industry as he said that he had 14 flops in a row and believed that his career in the industry is over. The Khiladi Kumar felt dejected with back to back failures but it was his martial arts training that made him keep going until he became the biggie. “Training as a martial artist teaches you discipline,” said the actor.
While Akshay Kumar is busy promoting his upcoming movie, he said that he is doing Housefull 4 to take a break from his work. “Every time I want a break, I do a Housefull film. It is a fun film; I have fun on the sets. Having said that, making people laugh with slapstick is the toughest of jobs,” shared Akshay.
Meanwhile, the actor has wrapped up Good Newwz with Kareena Kapoor Khan and is currently shooting for horror-comedy Laxmmi Bomb and cop-drama Sooryavanshi. Housefull 4 starring Akshay Kumar among others is slated to a release on 26 October 2019.
