While 2020 went with the scarcity of new project announcements as the entire industry was busy completing their previous work commitments, the current year has been productive for the entertainment fraternity. In just a week of 2021, many filmmakers have announced new projects, and on Thursday morning, Ajay Devgn made an announcement of his upcoming project, Thank God.

Making an announcement of the movie and collaboration with Sidharth Malhotra and Rakul Preet Singh, Ajay Devgn tweeted, “Happy to announce my next film, #ThankGod – a slice of life comedy starring @SidMalhotra, @Rakulpreet & me. Directed by @Indra_kumar_9, the film is set to go on floors from 21st January 2021. Stay tuned!”

The movie is to be helmed by Indra Kumar and will mark the third collaboration between the filmmaker and Ajay Devgn preceded comedy blockbusters, Masti and Total Dhamaal. Meanwhile, Thank God will also be the third movie of Ajay Devgn and Rakul Preet Singh, together.
