Kangana Ranaut has been one of the most controversial celebrities ever since she made her debut on social media platforms last year. However, her controversial tweets had a rough ending after the micro-blogging website decided to suspend her account permanently from the platform for posting derogatory remarks against the political party, TMC. Now, TMC’s spokesperson has filed an FIR against the actor.
Kangana Ranaut had taken to her Twitter handle to comment on the West Bengal violence and instigated Prime Minister Narendra Modi to take action against West Bengal Chief Minister Mamta Banerjee while citing a cryptic message about the 2002 Gujarat riots. Following this, her Twitter account was suspending for repeated violation of the platform rules.
Now the spokesperson of TMC has filed an FIR against Kangana citing hate propaganda and inciting communal violence in West Bengal. The FIR also alleged that Kangana attempted to have maligned the image of West Bengal’s Chief Minister Mamata Banarjee. Kangana further shared the FIR on her Instagram story and wrote, “Blood Thirsty Monster Mamta trying to silence me with her power.”
