Aditya Roy Kapur is living at the pinnacle of his career and after the success of Netflix’s Ludo, his fans have been eagerly waiting to see him back in an action movie. It was earlier announced that Aditya will star in the war drama, OM – The Battle Within, and the movie is about to finish filming in Turkey.
The makers have already shot the major portions of the out-and-out actioner and according to a source close to the development of the movie, the cast and crew will be heading to Turkey to finish the remaining portions of the movie and call it a wrap. While the makers are waiting for the pandemic crisis to normalize before flying out of the country, Aditya has been training hard to play the fierce avatar and perform deadly action sequences.
The team had earlier released the first-look posters of the movie and they were well received by the fans. Aditya Roy Kapur pulled off his first serious avatar in the thriller Malang and has been evolving as a critically acclaimed versatile actor. Aditya’s portrayal of a go-to guy in Anurag Kashyap’s anthology, Ludo, managed to bring positive reviews for him.
Featuring Aditya Roy Kapur and Sanjana Sanghi in the leads, Om – The Battle Within is being helmed by Kapil Verma and is expected to hit the theatres by the end of the year or early next year.
