While the entire world is affected by the viral pandemic, the entertainment industry and associated celebrities are also facing the wrath of the financial and health crisis. While many renowned Bollywood celebrities have found themselves exposed to the deadly Coronavirus, recently the ‘Perfectionist’ of the Indian entertainment industry found himself in and around the COVID-19 as his staffs tested positive for the virus.

Aamir Khan issued a statement addressing the exposure his family and staff have went through as he wrote that some of his staffs have been tested positive for COVID-19. The actor mentioned that they were immediately quarantined and BMC officials were cooperative and efficient with the entire process. “I would like to thank the BMC for taking such good care of them, and for fumigating and sterilising the entire society. The rest of us have all been tested and found negative. Right now I am taking my mother to get her tested. She is the last person in the loop. Please pray that she is negative,” Khan further wrote in his public statement.

“I would, once again, like to thank the BMC for the prompt, professional and caring manner in which they helped us ???? And a big thank you to Kokilaben Hospital, and the doctors, nurses and staff there. They were very caring and professional with the testing process. God bless and stay safe. Love. Aamir,” the note further read as Aamir Khan thanked BMC and the medical staff of the Kokilaben Hospital for the prompt action.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Aamir Khan will next be seen in the Indian adaptation of iconic Hollywood drama, Forrest Gump, which originally starred Tom Hanks. The movie, Laal Singh Chaddha, will also star Kareena Kapoor Khan in a prominent character.
