Aamir Khan and Shah Rukh Khan are undoubtedly two of the greatest actors of the Indian entertainment country and despite enjoying gigantic fan following, the two never came together for any movie project. However, after decades of requests, their fans can rejoice as the impossible has been shot recently in Delhi.
Aamir Khan has been working on his upcoming project, Laal Singh Chaddha, which is a Hindi remake of the classic Hollywood hit, Forrest Gump, for months now. After getting immensely delayed due to the Coronavirus-induced lockdown, the actor resumed shooting for the drama with Kareena Kapoor Khan as the female lead. However, to everyone’s surprise, Shah Rukh Khan has also shot for an important scene for the movie in Delhi which might mark their first onscreen presence together.
As per the reports, Shah Rukh Khan shot for a cameo sequence for Laal Singh Chaddha before going to Dubai for IPL and Aamir Khan had put on the director’s hat. The reports also suggest that the two superstars had a gala time at the sets of the upcoming movie and they went out for drinks post the wrap up of Shah Rukh Khan’s part. While there has been no details or official confirmation regarding Shah Rukh Khan’s character in the movie, it is certain that he will be adding his superstar value to the project with a cameo.
Helmed by Advait Chandan, Laal Singh Chaddha stars Aamir Khan in the titular character with Kareena Kapoor Khan as his love interest in the movie. Earlier scheduled to release in December 2020, the movie is eyeing for a Christmas release next year owing to the pandemic crisis.
